If you are someone who is enthusiastic about flight simulation as a hobby and would like to devote a few hours per week of voluntary time to help us turn AusFlightSim into Australia and the world's #1 Flight Sim website then we're looking for you!

Positions requiring applicants are listed below. All positions are voluntary with hours generally tailored to meet the availability of the individual. Training is available for most positions that require a functional understanding of the website and how it operates. Interested applicants should forward a brief description of their experience including information about themselves, and what they feel they could contribute to AusFlightSim. Positions Requiring Applicants

Permanent Roles

· Product Reviewer

There is one permanent position available for the role of Product Reviewer. This role involves using your good command of the English language, exceptional experience with flight simulation packages, and un-biased attention to detail and applying them to the review of newly released flight simulation products. The products to be reviewed will be at the discretion of the applicant and when needed the successful applicant will need to source copies of the product from the respective publisher/developer. The successful applicant would be required to produce at least one product review per month for publishing on the website.


· Content Writer

There is one position available for the role of Content Writer. This specialist role involves using your good knowledge of Microsoft Flight Simulator and command of the English language to produce high value tutorials and "how to" guides for the AusFlightSim Learning Centre content topic. Articles should be relevant to the Australian flight sim community and where possible include references and/or examples that relate to Australian operations. The successful applicant would be required to produce a minimum of one article per month for publishing on the website.


· Promotions Representative

There is one position available for the role of Promotions Representative. We are looking for a forward thinking person to help us bring AusFlightSim to the world stage. We have a great site with a solid layout and need to have it promoted as one of the best flight simulation sites around. If you have what it takes to make AusFlightSim a household name and can spare approximately five hours a week please send us your application along with at least one way that you'd begin promoting our community.


Casual Roles

· Product Reviewer

We are seeking to build a staff of casual product review writers. Applicants should have a good command of the English language, be experienced with at least one major flight simulation package, and be able to apply their un-biased attention to detail to their writing. Copies of products for which we require review will be provided and applicants would be required to produce their product review within one month for publishing on the website.
