hello all, I am looking for one or two people to objectively test my current model. It is currently only available for FSX although it is a hybrid of fs9 and Fsx models, as I still have a a lot to learn about the latter.

What I am looking for in particular are ideas and suggestion to improve
the appearance
Flight characteristics
Panel.............. although I have a lot still to do to the gauges.
paint
the model and its parts.
I currently use sp2.
the aircraft is 60,s vintage. see "an oldie" this forum
NO HSI or attitude gauges so its fly by seat of pants
the file will be about 4 megs and I use gmail to move big files like this arround
Cheers marty

Hi martin I tried to sent you the files but Gmail now refuses to allow this type of file for security reasons. Gmail claims there is an exe type file in the folder but there is not. If you email me with a private email address I will sent the files in two parts. Cheers Marty

popups in the vcpt are probably not needed but the icons are small. The position of the GPS makes it hard to see and as the aeroplane has no nav aids I thought a popup might be worth while.
To remove the pop up icons
open the panel folder:

Look for panel.cfg and edit with note pad or FS panel for FSX delete the icons. save. reload aeroplane.
If using note pad ensure the gauge numbers are consecutive and that deleting gauge has not left a gap. ie 1 2 3 4 7 8 9
FSX will load gauges until the gap and then stop which means the following gauges wont be loaded.
I will probably add a full vfr panel and maybe some very good textures as the textures are being looked at by a texture specialist.
thanks for the feed back it is most welcome.

Hi all I just uploaded the final fsx version of the Airedale.
I have added another panel to support VOR (nav1 and 2) and a new texture as well as a texture master my Garry Smith.
Comments welcome as always .. Marty
