Hello All,
This is just a quick announcement to inform you all about a few issues we had been experiencing with the site over the last few days which may have caused forum posts and other submissions to go missing.
Our hosting provider recently moved the entire AusFlightSim network of sites to a more robust server, better able to handle the number of visitors we receive to the site each day. It was expected that for a period of not more than 48 hours we would experience a situation where two copies of the site would be running concurrently while what is known as DNS propagation occured. Unfortunately there were issues with the move which caused this process to take much longer than expected. Instead of 48 hours the issue had continued for close to five days.
This means that some posts made while this process was taking place may have been made on the old server and are not reflected on the new server. The only solution to this problem is to re-post now that these issues have been resolved. We appologise for any inconvenience. _________________ Cheers, Adrian
