Happy New Year All,
Firstly, thanks for having me here. This is a great site and I'm delighted that there is a local site (I'm in YSSY (Sydney)) devoted to this terriffic hobby.
I have been simming since 2001 (FS 2002) and came quite late to FS 2004 (circa April 2007) though I'd purchased it in about May 2006...
I am using a Toshiba laptop for my sim experience. Any other laptop users here?
May favourite aircrafts/addons are:
Active Sky Version 6
FS Global 2005
Ground Enviroment
Wilco's ERJ 145
PMDG 737-600/700/800/900 series
PSS Airbus A320 series (this was for FS 2002 but as you may know there is a patch for FS9 use)
PSS A340 series
PSS Dash 8-300
Eurowings 2004 Professional
As you may have gleaned, I am a commercial aviation fan.

G'day Nick,
Welcome to the forums and AusFlightSim. Not a laptop user myself but have just purchased and am waiting to receive one from Dell. Not so much to run the sim on rather than for other business purposes but of course I will see how FS2004 flies on it. Hopefully I might be able to get FSX to run reasonable well on it also.
