I was so glad to see the news that Phoenix Simulation Software had its server active again so I could gain access to my Dash8_Base_Setup.exe and be able to re-install it in my FS2004 again.

Alas. My joy was short lived. I no longer remember the/my password for the email account, which I need to provide to the "security wrapper". Nor could I find any reference in my emails from them to do with both the account I created and the purchase of the software. Sad

So. Once again, my PSS Dash 8 file remains useless and a waste of money. I very much wish I had purchased it from Just Flight instead as this would not be an issue.

Question Is there, by any a chance, a way to retrieve my lost password that will allow me to gain access to the file? So I can "save ALL my files to a folder called "PHOENIX_BACKUPS", make a copy of the registry files as well and burn it all to DVD". Question

Mark
