Mosquito includes three classic Mosquito variants - the B. Mk IV, the FB. Mk VI and the frightening FB Mk XVIII Tsetse with its underslung flak gun. Aerosoft has just released Leipzig/Halle which is not only looking superb (check out those screenshots) but it has also much functionality that we have not seen a lot before. From the bridge you can use to cross the highway to the docking systems that are fully functional. Rather special is large amount of vehicle traffic based on AES light (of course it is fully compatible with the full AES version as well) on the platforms and the nearby roads. FS2004 now, but the FSX version is about to follow. For more information please visit the product page.

Thirteen months in the making, and hand-crafted by the FTX Freeware Dev team, these 139 photoreal airfields and 26 scenery areas for FSX are available for anyone to use and enjoy. You don"t have to be an existing Orbx customer or FTX user and there are no strings attached.
These texture matched airstrips are designed to blend seamlessly with FTX. The majority of strips you will find in this package are small airfields designed for general aviation (GA) flight. Some are farm strips – sharing a paddock with crops; some are mining strips – designed for twin engine turboprop fly-in, fly-out operations; some are small strips servicing rural communities or tourism operations; and occasionally you will find larger airports that have had the FTX ground texture and scenery makeover, such as YMHB Hobart, YMLT Launceston and YRED Redcliffe.
The download includes full documentation, area maps and navigation tips. The installer is 100% self configurating and you will be up and flying in just a few minutes! For more information please visit the Freeware section on the FTX homepage.

Aerosoft has just uploaded the H1 racer aircraft update. This small update to version 1.01 changes a few things in the flight model to make pitch stability a bit more predictable (it remains a difficult aircraft to fly though). Also the extended failure model has been worked at so it creates more realistic failures. To understand them better a special status display is made so when you got a problem you can now see what the problem is. Get the update from the FAQs / Support section. The full version is now also updated to 1.01. For more information please visit the Aerosoft homepage.
